Dear Sirs,
we are interested to order the Orient Bambino Collection (wristwatch) from the following link : https://conteenium.com/product/orient-bambino-fac00005w0-ac00005w/
Although the product code is FAC00005W0, and that means that this wristwatch is second generation of Orient Bambino, the photo in the upper link depects the first generation because the writing on the dial is “Water Resist”, while the writing on the dial on the second generation is “Water Resistant”. In addition we noticed in the comment section above, that some of the watch buyers, uploaded photos of their product, and the writing on the dial is “Water Resistant”, which means that the product they bought is Orient Bambino second generation.
Before we complete our order, we need your confirmation that the watch we are going to receive has the “Water Resistant” writing on the dial, which means that it is Orient Bambino second generation.
It would be convenient to reply us by mail to the following address, with a photo of the product attached to avoid any confusion.

Beautiful watch, classy and a very well finished.
The mechanics has a manual and automatic winding. It also has a stop second. In short, it has everything of a great watch. Strong black model with the same movement.

Bonjour,

Merci pour votre message. Je suis satisfait de mon expérience d’achat :
– le produit correspond à mes attentes (je l’avais testé chez un horloger) => j’avais quand même un doute sur l’authenticité de la montre, car chez un horloger le même modèle est à 280€, et il se trouve à 160€ sur votre site … je ne connais pas le business model des horlogers mais je trouve ça fou de réduire la marge d’autant. Après, il se trouve que votre site jouit de bons commentaires et qu’il est bien noté sur les sites anti fraudes, donc je me suis lancé.

– le service client à répondu à mes sollicitations : je vous ai demandé des informations sur le délais de livraison (affiché à 3 à 5j sur le site, mais le mail automatique de envoimoinscher.com dit 10j). Vous m’avez répondu rapidement.

– j’ai reçu récemment un mail de votre site web, car j’avais mis une alerte sur un produit en rupture de stock, c’est une fonctionnalité qui me plait.

– le site web est bien. on s’y retrouve vite et il n’est pas trop parasité par la pub.

Concernant ma montre, le bracelet était vraiment moche (c’est ce qui se dit d’Orient sur tous les forums) et je l’ai fait changer chez l’horloger du printemps Nation, c’est nickel.

Je vais laisser un bon commentaire sur votre site pour l’expérience d’achat. Ensuite je vais voir comment vieillit la montre, en espérant qu’il n’y ait pas un “petit truc qui cloche” qui expliquerait vos prix beaucoup plus bas 😉
