Delivery and return
1°/ DELIVERY IN EUROPE
Deliveries on Conteenium are totally free in Europe for each order over 49 euros. By the following shipping methods, your order can take anywhere between 4 to 10 days to reach you once shipped. A package reference number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped:
– Mondial Relay for Western Europe: delivery at home or a relay point. Please, select the appropriate relay point in the checkout page.
– Happy-post for Eastern Europe: delivery at home or at your workplace.
2°/ INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Our international delivery are handle by FedEx and DHL. Your order will reach you in 2 to 4 days (worldwide) once shipped. Insurance against loss or damage is automatically included with this shipping option. You will receive a FedEx/DHL tracking number usually within 24 hours of placing your order. Using that you can track the location of your package at www.fedex.com or www.dhl.com.
– FedEx priority home delivery at 19.99 euros
– DHL express home delivery at 19.99 euros
3°/ PROCESSING TIME
Our processing time for both the shipping options is 1 to 2 days. A tracking reference for the package will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
4°/ CUSTOMS TAXES / IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that customs taxes / import duties are not included in our price for any country out of Europe. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs taxes or import duties imposed by the customs of the buyer’s country.
5°/ SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS
You can choose to send your package to a different delivery address from your billing address. To do this, check the field “Ship to a different address?” when you complete your delivery information.
Your invoice will be sent to you by e-mail and the price will not be accessible to the receiver.
6°/ RETURNS AND REFUND
We accept returns and will refund you for your purchase under the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 30 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the following conditions:
– Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
– No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
– No resizing, altering of bracelet
If you receive a watch which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you received a defective item.
– If you make use of the right of return within 14 days, then it is the right of withdrawal. You will then receive a full refund within a period of less than or equal to 20 days.
– If you make use of the right of return between the 15th and the 30th day after receipt of the parcel, in this case it is not the right of retraction that is activated but a customer advantage offered by Conteenium to its clients. The refund will be in the form of a credit note only.

Watches that do not work properly should be returned to a different address. Please write to us to find out the appropriate procedure.
