According to the article L121-20 of the Consumer Code (French rules which the aim is to protect the consumer), the legal period of withdrawal for an item represents 14 days as soon as you receive your product.
If the item is in stock, the period is 14 days.
If your product is in demand (Shipped within 7 – 10 working days), the period of withdrawal is applied since you agree with the general terms and conditions of sales.

We make refunds using the same payment method you used to place your order.
If you paid by any Payment Card or by Bank Transfer, your refund will be made to your bank account.
If you used Paypal to pay for your order, it means that you have a Paypal account on which your payment will be refunded.

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO:
– Problems related to water resistance,
– Damages caused to the glass, the watch strap, dial, hands, crown, and pusher,
– Normal wear and tear (scratch on the glass, color deterioration and/or the strap/bracelet’s chains and material, like leather, textile, rubber, metal),
– Damages caused by a repairer not approved by CONTEENIUM,
– Damages coming from an external problem (accident, shock, flooding…),
– Damages caused by negligence, resulting from inappropriate or improper repairing or transformation, lack of care, accidents (knocks, scratches, crushing, broken glass, etc.), the NO-observance of the instructions.
The waterproofing indicates a theoretical depth according to laboratory tests.
Under real conditions (swimming, diving, shocks …), a watch is subjected to sudden movements and variation of the temperature that can affect the internal pressure, the main cause of infiltration.

To preserve your watch, we recommend you to use a soft brush with warm soapy water and gently brush (this method is only possible if your watch is water resistant up to at least 50 meters) .
Rinse the watch thoroughly with cool water and dry it with a soft cloth. We particularly recommend this after going to the swimming pool or to the sea. We also recommend you to avoid prolonged contact with water to ensure the longevity of your leather bracelets.
Contact with greasy substances, cosmetics as well as prolonged exposure to sunlight should be avoided as they may deteriorate rapidly the joints on your watch. You need to protect your watch from shocks and avoid intense activities such as DIY or very dynamic sports.
You have just purchased a watch with an automatic movement. Unlike a conventional watch (quartz watch), you must wind up the spring of the automatic movement of your watch regularly if you want it to work properly.
When the clock is stopped (first use) or if it has not been worn for numerous of hours, it can be started by turning the crown ten times (crown in normal position) or by shaking the watch for 1 minute (the little weight wil then wind up the spring of motion). After that, the movements of your wrist will the watch th watch running.
We advise you to repeat this procedure on a daily basis if you find that your watch is slow or if it stops.
