Bravo pour le sérieux, et la rapidité de traitement de la commande, comme des réponses aux mails (dans les 24 heures).
Commande passée le dimanche 08/11, montre arrivée dans de bonnes conditions le vendredi 13/11 (avec donc le 11/11 férié au milieu), à la Réunion (974), avec un suivi quasi en direct sur internet!
Petit bémol sur le conseil de la largeur du NATO, commandé en même temps: 20 mm, alors que l’entrecorne sur ce modèle est de 22 mm… J’ai donc un bracelet à ne savoir qu’en faire, et une dépense inutile. Un petit geste commercial de l’équipe de conteenium.com serait le bienvenu, comme l’envoi d’un NATO (même modèle) en 22mm 😉
A noter: frais de douanes pour la Réunion (octroi de mer + TVA + divers) de 45 € pour une valeur de 179,97€ttc (montre + NATO + transport).

Je suis enchanté par la qualité générale du produit mais je savais à quoi m’attendre car j’ai déjà possédé une Orient Mako.
Il y a quelques années je commandais mes montres automatiques sur des sites singapouriens sans jamais rencontrer de problèmes. Cette année j’ai découvert votre site avec un traitement et une expédition depuis la France et j’ai choisi de privilégier une entreprise “locale”, d’autant plus que vos tarifs m’ont semblé assez cohérents par rapport au marché international (si l’on prends en compte la TVA).
