GETTING DELIVERY IN OVERSEAS, SWITZERLAND, CANADA, OR FRENCH-SPEAKING COUNTRIES
The prices displayed on our website include the French VAT of 20%. To get the excluding taxes calculation for your purchase, please enter your complete billing address on the “Order” page after validating your cart; the VAT will be automatically deducted.
REMINDER: for overseas territories, do not select the country “France” but your place of residence (example: Guadeloupe).
Shipments to Overseas, Switzerland, Canada, or the rest of the French-speaking world are handled by DHL or FedEx, and the costs are as follows:
– FedEx. Cost: €19.99 – Delivery time: between 3 and 5 days
– DHL. Cost: €24.99 – Delivery time: between 24 and 48 hours
I ORDERED VIA MONDIAL RELAY/CHRONOPOST PICKUP POINT, BUT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SEEMS TO BE MY HOME ADDRESS
When ordering via Mondial Relay/Chronopost Pickup Point, the delivery address displayed on your invoice and order confirmation is similar to your billing address.
Your package will, however, be shipped to the selected pickup point during your order placement.
USER MANUAL FOR A WATCH: WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
To reduce the environmental impact of their productions, some watch brands do not provide a user manual upon purchasing a watch.
However, these manuals are accessible in PDF format on their websites.

The user manual is identifiable by the first two letters of the product reference.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You have checked your spam folder, but the expected email is not there.
In this case, please make sure there is no syntax error in your email address, as typing errors are common. For example: [email protected], [email protected],… To do this, go to your Personal Space and correct your address if necessary.
If everything is correct on that end:
Some email providers increasingly block automatic emails from e-commerce companies. We have contacted them and asked them to take the necessary steps so that you do not have to suffer from this inconvenience.
To have us resend your email, please go to the contact form page.
Choose “Webmaster” in the “Subject” field and include your order number in your email (which can be found on your “My Account” page), as well as your name and contact information.

If we receive your return between 1 and 14 days after your purchase, your order will be refunded in accordance with our General Sales Conditions.
If we receive your return between the 15th and 30th day after your purchase, your refund will be provided in the form of credit only.
No justification for your return will be requested.
Important: please handle and examine the delivered items in the same way you would be allowed to do in a store (taking all necessary care) until you decide to keep them. For example, you can try on a watch to see if the size suits you, but you cannot wear it. Make sure not to remove the labels when trying on the items.
All items must be returned unused, complete, and in their original packaging.

REMINDER ABOUT WATER RESISTANCE
