When will I receive my order ?

Here are the average delivery times that we offer:

- After validation, your order is processed within 12 working hours
- Products in stock are shipped the same day before 5 p.m. during weekdays
- Products to be supplied are shipped within 2 to 5 days

Your satisfaction is our number #1 priority. This is why we offer you 30 days to return any item that does not suit you. The process is simple:

- Contact our customer service
- Return the item in its original packaging
- In the event of an exchange, you will receive a credit to order another product
- In the event of a refund, you will be credited within 24 hours of receipt

Is it true that Conteenium offers a 3 year warranty instead of 2?

Yes, that's correct! Since January 2024, we have extended the manufacturer's warranty from 2 to 3 years on all of our products. This decision demonstrates our confidence in the quality of the watches and jewelry that we select for you. It's also an additional guarantee of our long-term commitment to our customers.

Can we pay later or in installments?

For orders between $100 and $1,500, you can choose from several convenient payment plans:

- Split the total into 2, 3, or 4 equal installments
- Pay the full amount 15 days after the order date (D+15)
- Pay the full amount 30 days after the order date (D+30)
