This GA-100TU-1A3ER model, part of the G-Shock range and released as a limited edition, is aimed at fans of bold, masculine sports watches. It belongs to the Capsule Two Tone Utility Colours collection and impresses with its rugged design and black resin case, built to endure the harshest environments.

The round case, measuring 51.2 mm in diameter, 16.9 mm thick, and 55 mm long, has a strong wrist presence, enhanced by its weight of 72 g. Four push-buttons allow easy navigation through the many features, clearly marked around the bezel. The mineral crystal is protected by a screw-down case back, ensuring water resistance up to 200 meters (20 ATM).

A technical and readable dial

The dial features both analog and digital displays, offering clear and quick time reading. Against a textured black background, luminous hour markers stand out, accompanied by two skeletonized hands coated with luminescent material for perfect readability in the dark.

Two backlit Super Illuminator digital screens are placed at 4 and 8 o’clock — one displaying the day of the week and seconds, the other the date and month. Additionally, a 1/1000th second stopwatch counter sits at 12 o’clock, and another at 2 o’clock for speed indication, while a circular window at 10 o’clock displays active functions like the alarm or snooze.
