Description
Since its inception in August 2003, Vostok-Europe has achieved an incredible feat by imposing its style inspired by top athletes, especially weightlifters, having helped build a great reputation internationally. The “Almaz” Collection is no exception to this rule. Imposing diameter of 47 millimeters, dial with high readability, rotating bezel, this unusual timepiece has an originality that will appeal to a good number of watchmaking enthusiasts robust.

Presentation
The Lithuanian House is not at its first attempt … And it shows at first sight. Tinted a dark blue and seductive, matched with spades of yellow, the front of this Almaz is resplendent and contemporary.
The black PVD case is mounted on a brown genuine leather bracelet, magnifying the timepiece … On the back, there is a transparent background to admire the mechanism.
Important note: in addition to the steel bracelet, the Vostok-Europe Almaz is delivered with a Nato Blue and Yellow bracelet, interchangeable thanks to a simple spring bar.
Regarding the waterproofing, the European firm offers 20 ATM, or 200 meters. This is made possible thanks to the screwed crown.
Finally, the glass has an anti-reflective treatment, making reading pleasant and easy of the time in any condition …
JAPANESE MOVEMENT
GERMAN FINISH
The SEIKO NH35A movement, Japan Made, renowned for its robustness and longevity, equips the Almaz NH35-320C257. Possessing 24 jewels, it has a date complication at 3 o’clock as well as a 40 hours autonomy.
Practical, a stop-second and manual winding are integrated into the movement.
The first allows a setting and accurate measurement of the time, the second, a winding of the power reserve by the crown at 3 o’clock.
Finally, the timepiece has a transparent glass bottom, allowing the wearer to observe the mechanism in any condition …
USEFUL
The indexes and hands are treated with SuperLuminova, a non-radioactive compound that makes them phosphorescent and therefore legible in the darkest corners …
