Once is not custom, it is interesting to understand the history described on the back of this watch to understand its origin… and its destiny. On the world map engraved on the back, the first arrow points to Switzerland, to Zurich exactly, where the team of designers develops and conceptualizes the brand’s future creations.
But it was in Japan that Founder Daniel Niederer – a rock ‘n’ roll forty-something, turned to animate his watch with a Caliber 82S7 mechanical movement from the Miyota factory. Still in Asia, to the right of the map is the production site, located in China and Hong Kong, where the Seven Friday brand timepieces are assembled…
Still in the spirit of “18th century machines”, the crown on the left of the card and on the right of the watch is engraved with a traditional cog, resembling a watchmaker’s cog…
CASES AND DETAILS
The dial of the M1B/01 is inspired by spaceships. It is made of stainless steel, and has seven levels of grey, matte black, brushed discs and one of the discs is made of rhodium, a non-radioactive chemical component.

By paying attention to the back of the case, mentioned in the second paragraph, we notice that the bottom of the case supporting the world map is slightly raised.
