Pour être tout à fait transparent, il s’agit de mon premier achat de montre sur internet et j’étais assez réservé tant les mauvaises surprises sont nombreuses pour ce type de produit sur la toile. Ce qui est assez déstabilisant dans votre offre, c’est de voir sur le même site des produits à plusieurs milliers d’euros côtoyer des montres beaucoup plus “abordables” au risque d’attiser la méfiance.
Après quelques recherches sur votre site (mentions légales, siren…) je me suis quand même jeté à l’eau en me disant que dans tous les cas, il ne s’agissait “que” de 99 euros.
Concernant le service client, je ne peux être que satisfait compte tenu de votre réactivité. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le fait d’être informé régulièrement de l’avancement de la réparation.
