Presentation
Stick index, black logo at 12 o’clock and date window at 6 o’clock provide a perfect balance to the dial, making it harmonious and contemporary.
A dial is engraved 9 hours and returns respectively a counter of 24 hours, which gives a true vintage and contemporary look at the same time.
The colors, as for them, are chosen with great care: the matte black dial is highlighted with elegance with the silver of the case and the hands. Finally, the indexes and the name “Cockpit Automatic” color beige come here to bring a final contrast to this sober, modern and infinitely seductive case!
Japanese Movement
Germanic finish
The Japan Made Miyota 8217 movement, known for its strength and longevity, equips the Iron Annie 5168-2. Possessing 21 jewels, it has a date complication at 3 o’clock as well as a 40 hours of power reserve.
Practical, a stop-second and manual winding are integrated into the movement.
The first allows a setting and accurate measurement of the time, the second, a winding of the power reserve by the crown at 3 o’clock.
Finally, the timepiece has a transparent glass bottom, allowing the wearer to observe the mechanism in any condition …
