I had previously written to you about a Hirsch wristwatch of very good quality.
After a more complete study, it turns out that it is now certain that one of the leather tanning products is certainly responsible for allergic manifestations that I develop every time I start wearing this bracelet, so the corresponding watch for which I had not developed any reaction with the original bracelet.
As a result of my previous mail, and the request that you formulate for any problem to be reported to you, I would like you to respond to my previous email in order to get to know me
the nature of the products that are used for leather tanning bracelets such as this one, as well as
Mr Moraine Claude –
– Very beautiful bracelet, with the quality according to the fame of Hirsch.
– However, having a watch Orient FEVAD001BT, whose bracelet had not posed any problem, but that I deteriorated by wetting it too often, I bought, at my watchmaker, a replacement bracelet which triggered, in a few days, obvious signs of skin allergy on the anterior aspect of the wrist.
– For this reason, I ordered from you this new bracelet, Hirsch: two days after wearing it, I saw reappearing obvious allergic signs with itching and redness, and, again, on the anterior face of wrist. Not thinking about taking pictures!
– By the repetition of the signs and their location, I therefore conclude that I must be allergic 1. Maybe not chromium possibly used in leather tanning, but 2. More likely in nickel that could contain the loops of both “problem” bracelets!
– I have to solve this problem because I can not and do not want to change the watch, and had no problem with the initial bracelet from Orient. Would you have a solution to offer me, a suitable model? I thank you in advance.
