La montre était très bien emballée (sympathique attention que le petit sachet de bonbons) et le suivi de la commande était très clair. Le seul poit noir était pour moi l absence de notice. Le fait de devoir chercher le manuel correspondant au modèle commandé sur le site Orient pour mettre la montre à la bonne heure et au bon jour n est pas très pratique, surtout que les informations ne sont pas traduite en français.
J’ai par ailleurs apprécié le geste commercial proposant 5% sur une commande ultérieure….j’espere être aussi satisfait pour la Orient Open Heart que j’ai commandé il y a quelques semaines chez vous et qui attend son heure au pied du sapin 🙂

Bien reçu mon orient mako blue.
une réclamation que je fais et une suggestion que je vous soumets. Le bracelet est bien évidemment pas à la taille de mon poignet. En revanche, un outil me permettant d’ajuster les maillons aurait été judicieux. N’étant pas franchement dispo en règle général, je vais devoir me déplacer chez un “bijoutier-horloger” .. et en conclusion je ne pense pas pouvoir porter ma montre d’ici une bonne semaine a minima.

j’ai bien reçu la montre Orient Mako.
La livraison s’est bien passée, le produit est conforme aux attentes. C’est une très belle montre qui présente un excellent rapport qualité perçue et prix. Restera à voir sa fiabilité dans le temps, mais c’est une autre histoire.
La livraison s’est passée dans les délais, commandée le dimanche soir et arrivé en point relais le vendredi.
Les informations sur le suivi du colis sont un peu “hermétiques”, mais on a bien l’information quand le produit est livré.
Je suis donc pleinement satisfait de cette commande.

Moi même ne demeurant qu’un simple amateur de “belle montres” et d’horlogerie, je ne peut émettre d’avis sur le produit autres que ceux présents sur les forums de passionnés qui ont orientés mon choix.
D’autre part le produit est neuf, je ne peut juger moi même actuellement de sa durabilité et de sa robustesse. Mes seules observations du produit sont mes premières impressions: la montre mérite sa réputation. Agréable au port, élégante et sportive à la fois, semble robuste pour une automatique, et un rapport qualité prix excellent, cette orient Mako gagne à être connue. Je suis donc à l’image de la majorité de vos clients conquis par le produit, pour le moment du moins.
Concernant la livraison le colis est arrivé dans les temps, le produit intacte et impeccable, avec les douceurs du geste commercial appréciable.
En conclusion votre service fut irréprochable et votre boutique me semble tout à fait fiable.
En espérant ne pas avoir besoin d’une nouvelle montre avant longtemps.
