Orient Watch Company, more commonly known as Montre Orient, is Japan's largest producer of mechanical watches. Founded in 1950 by Shogoro Yoshida, the Japanese firm has the distinction of producing all its movements in-house. In 2009, the Manufacture became an exclusive subsidiary of Seiko Epson Group, Seiko Group's daughter company. Orient is a Japanese watch brand renowned for its watchmaking expertise and attention to detail. Each timepiece produced embodies the elegance and precision for which the brand is renowned.
