Since its inception in August 2003, Vostok-Europe has achieved an incredible feat by imposing its style inspired by top athletes, especially weightlifters, having helped build a great reputation internationally. The “Ekranoplan” Collection is no exception to this rule. Imposing diameter of 47 millimeters, dial with high readability, rotating bezel, this unusual timepiece has an originality that will appeal to a good number of watchmaking enthusiasts robust.

Presentation
The Lithuanian House is not at its first attempt … And it shows at first sight. Tinted a navy blue and seductive, matched with golden spikes, the front of this Ekranoplan combines the technology of the Caspian Sea Monster in the era of today.
The blue PVD steel case is mounted on a hand-stitched leather strap, magnifying the timepiece … On the back, there is a transparent background to admire the mechanism.
Regarding the waterproofing, the European firm offers 20 ATM, or 200 meters. This is made possible thanks to the screwed crown.
Finally, the glass has a sapphire treatment, to protect the dial and hands from shocks or dust. Sapphire glass is very popular with watch lovers because it is almost scratch-proof.

The SEIKO NH35 movement, Japan Made, renowned for its robustness and longevity, equips the Ekranoplan NH35-546D511. Possessing 24 jewels, it has a date complication at 3 o’clock as well as a 40 hours autonomy.
