The Seiko 4R36A manufacture movement has 24 jewels and 40 hours power reserve. One of its main qualities is its winding mode: automatic of course, but also manual; in less technical terms, the movement can be recharged via the crown at 3 o’clock, which allows the wearer to increase his power reserve without shaking the watch!

The other relevant and non-negligible point for precision enthusiasts is the presence of the stop second function. This allows the seconds hand to be stopped when setting the timepiece, making it easy to calculate the daily “Gain / Loss” differential of the mechanical movement.
