Je suis très satisfait du modèle qui me plait énormément sur le plan esthétique. Je la trouve très bien fini. C’est la première fois que je commande une montre sur internet sans la voir au préalable car la marque ORIENT est quasi introuvable en France. J’ai eu de très bons échos sur la qualité mécanique de cette marque donc je me fais peu de soucis. En revanche, je suis étonné qu’il n’y ait pas de notice fournie? Et d’ailleurs je ne sais pas comment tendre le ressort sur ce modèle?
Pour ce qui est du service client, vous avez su répondre rapidement à ma problématique. Une erreur peut arriver mais cela prouve qu’il faut toujours vérifier avant l’envoi le bon de commande et la marchandise. En tout cas je n’étais pas pressé et ne l’attendais pas pour une date butoir ce qui explique ma grande compréhension d’un certain côté.
Sachez que je n’hésiterai pas à vous recommander s’il le faut.
