Presentation
The AV-4047-04 series is an iconic edition of the British Avi-8 brand. Made of 316L quality stainless steel, the Mustang case is corrosion resistant thanks to its low carbon structure.
An Miyota automatic movement made in Japan with 21 jewels is entirely reviewed by master watchmakers. It records time by means of a set of 3 individual discs: the hour, the minutes and the hands rotate on the superimposed dial, completed by hand with explicit and subtle references. Harrier II.
Details
The dial is an intriguing blend of depth and detail. We find matt white indexes, matched with great success on the black and grey dial and the light blue tips of the hands. These colors were obviously not chosen at random. They refer to the wings of British aviation aircraft in the mid-twentieth century …
Another exciting detail: the 3-hour serrated crown is stamped with the Harrier II logo. Easy to grasp and perfectly proportioned to the case of the watch, it highlights with great success the case of 45 mm covered with a sapphire crystal.
